The unit is in an elevated first level with one flight of stairs. Reserved private parking is located under the unit. This reserved parking feature is only available in first floor units. A private ground level closet in the parking area is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, etc. for your use during your stay.
